This training was prepared by Marc Megna, fitness model, former football player in the NFL and power coach who will show you how to burn fat and increase endurance.Choose six exercises, which can do 10 repetitions without rest, "said Megna.  . You can choose simple exercises with weights or bodyweight, why not mix a little of both, alternating different muscle groups.

  4. Barpiy to jump 180 degrees: sit down below and shoot your feet back so quickly that it takes a pushup position, then straighten sprang up in the air to rotate 180 degrees and landed in the opposite direction and go again.
