PARKOUR

Movements in parkour can be in the form of jogging, running, climbing and other more complex techniques.
Parkour has no specific origin. In the documentary film  "Jump London", Sebastien showing off saying: "Free running has always existed, but nobody had given him a name, it was placed within certain limits. Prehistoric humans also have practiced free running  to hunting, and persecution, and movement". Inspiration for parkour came from many sources, mostly from "Natural method of physical culture" Developed by George Hebert at the beginning of the XX-th century.
Name "Yamakasi" is taken from the Lingala language and means: "healthy mind, healthy body, healthy person.. Parkour requires considerable physical and mental dedication to the idea, and many of his supporters call him "way on a life".If you forget "Yamakasi", see again the video of Madonna's "Hung up". Complete with parkuristi. Urban environment is not more attractive than the mountain air and water. Just makes it possible to see everyday things in different eyes.
The sport itself has a whole philosophy which teaches that nothing is impossible and that life is not only mechanically through the surrounding concrete fortresses. The biggest advantage of the city- allows for more practice.Parkour has its own tricks (vaults, pops, cat leaps), but they have nothing to do with acrobatics. The aim is to most efficiently and quickly. If you get on a stump and do a somersault, nothing more than ineffective.
